Plugin Support

Our support is Mon through Fri 8am to 5pm EST. We are in Florida. We strive to answer support tickets as soon as possible but it can be the next business day.  DO NOT OPEN MULTIPLE SUPPORT TICKETS!!!
Support is distributed to developers based on a queue. Our developers are also coding so they will review tickets throughout the day. Opening multiple tickets simply confuses the issue and causes additional delays.

Before contacting support – please make sure you follow the troubleshooting steps. If you are having theme issues, be advised that we cannot provide theme support. Please check the issue using the default WooCommerce Theme Storefront before opening a ticket.
If you do not have a dev site – you will need to setup a dev site as the first thing our developers will do for a theme conflict is to switch to storefront. For other conflicts, you will need to disable plugins one by one until you find the conflict. Our support team is happy to assist with OUR plugin, but we are not a free developer resource. If you lack reasonable wordpress development skills, please contact our sales department and get a quote for development assistance.
