This for a rare occasion if you want to limit the amount of monetary sales. This is rarely used, but in some jurisdictions a $ amount of tickets sold has to be used for the permit etc. When using ticket packages, this setting may be needed to be in compliance.
To use this feature. Simple select Yes and then enter the $$ amount you want to end the raffle
WooCommerce manages the currency so this number is whatever currency you are using for your WooCommerce default.
